My professional career combined with my love of education provides me with the skills and means to make for a great tutor - one who pays attention to details, provides a fun and dynamic learning environment, and acts as both a life-mentor and academic-mentor. In the past two years, I have been working diligently on my master degree in social sciences, prior to which I spent three years in Silicon Valley, working primarily for Apple as a Public Relations Specialist, as well for Intel, Ericsson, Snapchat and others, in writing, editing, marketing and public relations sectors. I have years of babysitting experience - which often included after-school tutoring - I have been a kindergarden teaching assistant, a college-level magazine design director, and have volunteered at various summer camp and NGO-led events. During my kindergarden teaching assistance, I monitored and interacted with ESL students, facilitating recreational and educational activities. I always ensured the safety and well-being of children while providing opportunities to enhance English speaking skills. I am a native English and German speaker with B1 knowledge of Italian.
